4. Notice Regarding False or Misleading Claims

Ozerty-Australia takes intellectual property rights seriously and respects the lawful enforcement of such rights. Any fraudulent or bad-faith complaints intended to disrupt legitimate business operations, suppress competition, or falsely assert ownership of intellectual property will be challenged in a court of law. We reserve the right to seek damages and legal remedies against any party who knowingly submits a false claim.
