Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ozerty-australia.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Currently we ship within Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
Order cut-off time : 10 P.M. (AEST)
For both countries:
Orders are generally shipped within
 1-6 days (Monday – Friday)
The delivery time is 3-7 days (Monday – Friday)

While we suits use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

Shipping Cost: For all orders shipping is free.

Ozerty has placed a fee of A$29.95 for carts under a minimum of AU$40 so we can continue offering more and lower-price items as shipping costs are considerably higher for small orders. Adding more items to reach the order minimum also helps prevent excess packaging waste.

Order changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or cancelled. If you'd wish to return a product, you have to start out the returns procedure once you've received the item.

Item not received

If you've successfully placed an order but haven't received it, even though the tracking status shows it as delivered, we recommend first contacting the carrier to locate your parcel. Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer have direct control over its delivery.

However, if the issue persists, please reach out to us at contact@ozerty-australia.com, and we will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.

Sometimes, tracking information may not be available due to technical issues preventing updates on the tracking system. If you're unable to locate your item in such cases, please contact us at contact@ozerty-australia.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number(s). Please note that the tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Damages

Ozerty-australia.com is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipment carrier.

However, if you selected shipping insurance at checkout, we will handle the replacement for you. For insured shipments only, please contact us at contact@ozerty-australia.com, and we will assist you accordingly.
